Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried broken
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Zucchini - Freeze Dried optional
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Butter Powder
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place 1.5c water (for one serving...increase water when increasing the recipe) and turn the heat to medium high.
  2. While the water heats, add all ingredients. As soon as sauce reaches a simmer, the soup is ready to serve. [avoid boiling to keep the parmesan cheese creamy]
  3. Top with additional Parmesan Cheese if desired. Serve with a side of garlic toast or bread stick.
  4. Dry Mix
  5. Combine all DRY ingredients into a bag, 1/2 pint jar, or prep bowl until ready to use. If preparing a family jar, increase to a quart jar and prepare for four servings.
