Ingredients
- THRIVE Mashed Potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk + 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- Filling
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 5 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp. thyme
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch + 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried (reconstituted)
Directions
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried (reconstituted)
- Bring all ingredients for filling except cornstarch slurry and cheese to a boil in a medium-size saucepan. Take down to a simmer and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in slurry and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a 9x9 casserole dish and spread mashed potatoes on top.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350⁰F or until bubbly.
