Homestyle Beef Vegetable Stew

This is the Thrivalized version of my family's favorite Beef and Vegetable stew. It is a melding of recipes from my mom and my mother in law. Since I grew up in the North, and my mother in law is from the South, my family calls this Mason-Dixon Stew! All ingredients will fit into a Mason jar to create a ready made meal in a jar. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Beef Slices
- 1 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1/2 C THRIVE Green Beans
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Celery
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Red Beans
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 dash Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Cane Sugar
- 8 C Water
Directions
- Add ingredients to a pot and simmer 15 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
- Ingredients can be layered in a wide mouth mason jar or other airtight container to create a ready to make meal.
