No campfire needed! I used milk chocolate candy bar, chopped up, for my brownies. You can use milk chocolate chips, chopped peanut butter cups, etc. Have fun!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
- 1/3 c. Butter, melted or THRIVE Butter
- 3 c. THRIVE Fudge Brownie Mix
- 7 tbsp Hot Water (plus 1-2 teaspoons more if brownie batter is too thick)
- 1 c. Milk Chocolate Chips or Chopped Candy Bar
- 25 Large Marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line a 9x9-inch pan with foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl and stir till evenly combined.
- Press into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and hot water.
- Stir just until combined. Add in the milk chocolate pieces and stir to evenly distribute (do not overstir).
- Pour the brownie mix carefully over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out nearly clean.
- Turn the oven to broil. Place the large marshmallows evenly over the top of the brownie layer, flat sides up.
- Broil until golden brown, watching carefully so as not to burn the marshmallow tops.
- Cool completely. When ready to serve, carefully lift foil liner and set on a cutting surface. Spray a knife with nonstick cooking spray to aid in cutting the bars. (You may have to wipe down the knife and repeat the spraying.)
