Egg White Scramble

A healthy breakfast made easy with THRIVE Egg White Powder.

Ingredients
- 1/2 C THRIVE Egg White Powder
- 1 C Water
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 C THRIVE Tomato Dices
Directions
- Reconstitute onions, tomatoes, and peppers by just covering with water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.
- In an egg pan, sauté vegetables on high with olive oil for 1–2 minutes.
- Mix egg white powder and water together and add to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally to fluff the egg.
- Add basil when almost finished cooking.
- Serve on top of wheat toast and fresh tomatoes!
