Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Asparagus
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Grilled Seasoned Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 c. Water

Directions

  1. On med heat Pour oil in to sauté pan or wok add onion and chicken sauté for 1 min add water just enough to cover onion and chicken
  2. Let chicken and onion simmer for about 2-3 mins once soft add in all other veggies and the remaining water add more if needed.
  3. Once all veggies are refreshed and to the consistency you desire.
  4. Optional 1 teaspoon chef choice seasoning Serve and enjoy ! Eat as a meal or as a side
