Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Onions
- 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Green Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Red Peppers
- 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Freeze Dried Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Green Chilis
Directions
- Add a few tablespoons or so of your favorite Thrive veggies to a pan. Add 1/2 cup water or so to the veggies and stir around so they absorb the water.
- Scoot your veggies over and spray cooking spray if you need it. Turn on the heat and stir the veggies around for a minute.
- Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl. Once your pan is nice and hot, pour the eggs into the pan and scramble all together until the eggs are done.
- Remove from heat. Top with cheese, salsa or hot sauce.
