Ingredients

  • 1 Quart Vegetable Broth
  • 3 C Water
  • 1/3 C THRIVE Potato Chunks (dehydrated)
  • 1/3 C THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Peas
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Beans
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Tomatoe Dices
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 1/8 C THRIVE Celery
  • 1/8 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme

Directions

  1. Add ingredients into pot, add salt to taste and bring to a boil. Add more water if needed.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
