Vegetarian Vegetable Soup

Similar to the canned version I had as a child (minus the alphabet noodles, but they can be added!). Full of vegetables and so flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1 Quart Vegetable Broth
- 3 C Water
- 1/3 C THRIVE Potato Chunks (dehydrated)
- 1/3 C THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Peas
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Beans
- 1/4 C THRIVE Tomatoe Dices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1/8 C THRIVE Celery
- 1/8 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
Directions
- Add ingredients into pot, add salt to taste and bring to a boil. Add more water if needed.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
