Vegetarian Chili

Delicious vegetarian chili for any night of the week! Top with sour cream and sliced scallions.

Ingredients
- 3 c Instant Pinto Beans
- 1/2 c THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1 c THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 2 Tbsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 tsp Cayene
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Salt, table
- 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large pot with 3 quarts of water.
- Simmer 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and chopped chives or scallions.
