Tortilla Soup

This is one of my favorite soups! Usually I quadruple the recipe, but that's so I can feed a large group and still have left overs. You can always alter the amount of corn and chicken to suit your taste. When I do that then I also alter the amount of extra water I add to match the amount of chicken I put in. I also usually put the cheese at the bottom of the bowl before I pour in the soup so it has a minute to soften.

Ingredients
- 2 c. Water
- 1 c. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon 1 tsp powder plus the required water
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 c. Salsa
- 2 1/2 c. White Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except cheese and tortilla chips.
- Bring to boil.
- Top with crunched chips and cheese.
