Ingredients

  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1 c. Celery
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 4 tsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
  • 1 bag Frozen Tortellini
  • 9 c. Water

Directions

  1. In a soup Stock Pan Brown bacon until Crispy On low heat add sausage to crispy bacon and toast for a few seconds
  2. Add in 7.5 Cups of the water, then add onion, carrots, celery, Italian seasoning, beef bouillon
  3. Allow ingredients to simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Mix remaining 1.5 Cups of water with 1/2 cup of Bechamel.
  5. Then slowly stir into soup. Allow to simmer 5 minutes Add in the noodles and cook 2 minutes. Then add in the kale.
  6. Simmer 2 more minutes stir and serve
