Ingredients

  • 1 Qt. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Thrive Chicken Bouillon
  • 3 c. Thrive Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/2 C Thrive Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Celery
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Carrot Dices
  • 1 tsp. Thrive Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 oz Finished Roux
  • 2 c. Cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cream and the roux in a sauce pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes and then add the roux.
  3. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Add cream all at once and stir in well.
  5. Bring to a simmer, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
