Thrive Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Qt. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Thrive Chicken Bouillon
- 3 c. Thrive Mushroom Pieces
- 1/2 C Thrive Chopped Onion
- 1/2 c. Thrive Celery
- 1/4 c. Thrive Carrot Dices
- 1 tsp. Thrive Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 oz Finished Roux
- 2 c. Cream
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the cream and the roux in a sauce pot.
- Bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes and then add the roux.
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add cream all at once and stir in well.
- Bring to a simmer, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
