Ingredients

  • ROLLS
  • 1 can THRIVE Country White Dough Mix (pantry can)
  • 1 pkg. Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
  • 1 c. + 2 tbsp warm water
  • Filling
  • 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried (rehydrated)
  • 1 c. cream cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare bread dough according to can instructions and allow to rise once, until doubled in size.
  2. Make filling by combining chicken, onions, and spinach with water in a sealed container and tumble rolling or shaking until THRIVE is evenly coated.
  3. Allow to sit 10 minutes; drain and reserve any extra liquid to add to sauce.
  4. Combine chicken mixture with remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Once dough has risen, cut into 8–10 equal portions and roll out into circles.
  6. Add about ¼ cup filling to the middle of each circle and roll up, placing rolls with seams down on greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops of rolls with garlic-herb butter and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown.
