Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 3 C THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 1/3 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/3 C THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/3 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/3 C THRIVE Celery
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Cholula
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
- 8 C Water
Directions
- Saute garlic in butter until lightly caramelized.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bring up to a simmer.
- Let simmer for 12 minutes, or until beans are cooked through.
- Puree soup until smooth.
- Serve with cheese, chips, and sour cream.
- Yield: 8 cups
