Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Mixed Bell Peppers rehydrated
  • 1 c. Taco TVP prepared(or 1/2 c prepared taco tvp with 1/2 lb ground beef/pork)
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Cilantro

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl, cover THRIVE taco TVP with warm water. Let sit 5-10 minutes until softened and rehydrated. Drain.
  2. Repeat process for THRIVE red and green peppers and freeze dried chopped onions.
  3. Brown meat or warm TVP in a frying pan.
  4. Combine with other ingredients.
  5. Serve over lettuce, tortillas, or corn chips with desired toppings and garnishes.
