Taco/Fajita Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Thrive Life Diced Beef or Diced Chicken
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Carrot Dices (I sometimes blend these into a powder to help with the sauce)
- 1/3 C Thrive Life Sweet Corn
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Instant Black Beans (or canned black beans)
- 1/3 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/3 C Thrive Life Tomato Dices
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Life Green Chili Peppers
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Classic Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Beef Bouillon or Vegetarian Chicken Bouillon
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1-2 tsp chili powder
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 5 C water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a pot.
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until beans and meat are tender.
- Top with sour cream, more cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips if you wish.
