Sweet Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Ham Dices
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE butter
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 tbsp. Chives
- 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks-Dehydrated
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro
- 1/2 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 1/2 c. cream
- 8 c. water
- 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Measure out and prepare all ingredients.
- In a 1 gallon stock pot, sweat the garlic, butter and ham in a pot but do not allow to brown.
- Add in all the vegetables, chili powder, Chef's Choice, cumin, and water and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add bechamel powder slowly while stirring and bring to a simmer.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
