Save time and money making this Smoothie-In-A-Jar. If you don't drink milk, just omit the instant milk and substitute almond milk in place of the water. This makes 2 servings, or you can have 1 large smoothie. -by Debra Tietjen

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 4 tbsp. Quick Oats
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze Dried
Directions
- Layer ingredients in order, into a pint wide mouth jar (or just into your blender!). Add 2 cups of Cold Water, and 1/2 to 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend it all up and enjoy!!
