Spaghetti Skillet Pizza

Ingredients
- butter or oil to grease pan
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Classic Tomato Sauce
- 1 C hot water
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 C cooked spaghetti
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 C grated parmesan
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1 C Thrive Life Ground Beef, rehydrated
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Broccoli, misted
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Mushroom Pieces, misted
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers, rehydrated
- 2 tbsp black olives, chopped
- 2 C shredded mozzarella
- fresh green onion for garnish, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, hot water, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and parmesan. Mix well.
- Grease skillet well, add spaghetti mixture, and cook until slightly firm.
- Remove from pan onto plate. Use a 2nd plate to flip spaghetti crust and add back to skillet to cook other side.
- Spread marinara on crust and add ground beef, broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers, black olives, cheese, and green onions. Cover until cheese is slightly melted.
- Transfer to parchment-lined pan and broil in the oven until cheese is bubbly.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
