Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Asparagus
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Lime, juice
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 c. (THRIVE)Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl mix oil, tomato powder, mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine veggies and sausage- rehydrate with water.
  4. Combine pasta with mixture and sauce in a large bowl or dish.
  5. Squeeze lime over dish and sprinkle cheese on top- keep it dry for a THRIVE crunch.
