Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. Butter or Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 pkg. Coleslaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried Reconstitute before added in pan
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
Directions
- Reconstitute the freeze dried sausage in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the butter or oil and garlic.
- Add the coleslaw mix, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
- Serve immediately.
