San Fran Clam Chowder

After leaving the Bay Area of San Fransisco, we were in search for the perfect clam chowder recipe. After tweaking, combining and then finally, Thrive-alizing a few recipes we came up with this simple yet delicious clam chowder recipe! by Kelli Edson

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/2 c. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
- 1/2 c. Cornstarch
- 1 q. Half and Half Cream
- 2 can Canned Clams
Directions
- Cook veggies in clam juice, bullion & just enough water to cover veggies. Simmer covered until tender and rehydrated (10-15 mins)
- In another pan melt butter and whisk in cornstarch and cream.
- Add veggies, claims, salt and pepper to taste, simmer for another few mins just to make sure it's warmed all the way through! And bam...your done!
