Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C THRIVE Raspberries FD
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 C Cane Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Instant Clear Jel (powder)

Directions

  1. Combine berries and water in a blender and let sit for 5 minutes (do not blend yet).
  2. While the fruit reconstitutes, combine sugar and Clear Jel in a separate bowl. Mix well. (Do not skip this step. Sugar and Clear Jel must be pre-mixed.)
  3. Puree berry mixture and slowly add sugar mixture until well-mixed.
  4. Check consistency. If thinner jam is desired, add a little more water.
  5. Enjoy! Store in refrigerator, or freezer for longer term. Also works beautifully with the Thrive strawberries.
  6. Since it only takes ten minutes to make, you can enjoy it anytime! Works well with Thrive strawberries too!
