Raspberry chocolate dessert

Crunchy freeze dried raspberries with chocolate or carob.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Chocolate or carob chips
- 2 Tablespoons Sunflower lecithin
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Sweetener of choice
- 1/8 cup Thrive life Rasberries
- 1/8 cup Thrive Life Blueberries or just Raspberries
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan, stirring constantly to prevent burning then add sunflower lecithin and sweetener stir until dissolved. If needed can add about a tablespoon of non- dairy milk. Next add the crushed raspberries. Pour into any kind of candy mold and put in the refrigerator until firm. These can be frozen. Enjoy!
