Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Refreshed
- 2 tbsp. Dried Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Warm Water
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor, then refrigerate until it's nice and thick. And don't forget to refrigerate after use!
