Ingredients
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Asparagus
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 c. Quinoa
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans cooked
- 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1 c. THRIVE Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked
- 1/2 tsp. Chives
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp. Herbed Oil
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/2 Lime, juice
- 1 tsp. Sour Cream or THRIVE Sour Cream
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Rehydrate chicken, peppers, asparagus, broccoli and chefs choice.
- Cook quinoa and black beans and noodles.
- Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Serve over lettuce and top with Parmesan cheese.
