Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Asparagus
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/4 c. Quinoa
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 c. THRIVE Rainbow Farfalle Pasta cooked
  • 1/2 tsp. Chives
  • 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp. Herbed Oil
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 1/2 Lime, juice
  • 1 tsp. Sour Cream or THRIVE Sour Cream
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Rehydrate chicken, peppers, asparagus, broccoli and chefs choice.
  2. Cook quinoa and black beans and noodles.
  3. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  4. Serve over lettuce and top with Parmesan cheese.
