Quinoa Garlic Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Organic Quinoa
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 c Water
- 2 Raw Whole Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 c THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - reconstituted
Directions
- Add quinoa and 2 tsp of olive oil into a pan and steam, then slowly add water.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Scoop mixture in a separate mixing bowl.
- Pat down, and set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, add the eggs, garlic salt, oregano, basil, baking powder, and the 1 remaining tsp of olive oil, then whisk until combined.
- Add the cheese to the quinoa, and stir to combine.
- Add the egg mixture to the quinoa, and stir again.
- Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and lay a piece of parchment on top to prevent the sheet from moving.
- Place dough on the parchment paper, and spread into an even loaf about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake at 425F for about 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are brown.
- Cut and serve.
