Quick & Easy Cranberry Sauce

I really didn't want to run out to the store for a can of Cranberry Sauce for the turkey that we served when we had a few guests, and remembered that we had a can of cranberries in our stock from a recent Q. So, I whipped up a very quick sauce that gives full flavour, and tastes just perfect!

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp THRIVE Cranberries - Place into ziplock bag, and use rolling pin or equivalent to crush all cranberries into a powder.
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
Directions
- As mentioned, crush the cranberries into a powder.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed cranberries, sugar, and water.
- Mix until sugar is dissolved into mixture.
- Microwave mixture for apx. 30 seconds, to give a jelly consistency.
- Give a quick stir, and serve.
