Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Instant White Rice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Peas - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. THRIVE Chicken Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 pinch THRIVE Chefs Choice to taste
  • 12 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 wraps
  • 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Thousand Island Salad Dressing

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to directions.
  2. Pour boiling water on Chopped Chicken just until is begins to float. Stir to ensure everything gets refreshed. (add more water if necessary)
  3. Put all vegetables in one bowl and pour boiling water over until half covered. Stir to ensure everything gets refreshed. (Substitute any vegetables you'd like)
  4. Place a single wrap on a plate with three slices of cheese in the center of one side, and spritz the wrap with water then microwave just until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Spoon rice over the cheese.
  6. Add chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with Chef Choice seasoning to taste.
  7. Top with vegetables and drizzle with Thousand Island Dressing. (or any desired dressing)
  8. Fold up the wrap and enjoy! It's super simple to switch out any of the ingredients for alternatives.
