Ingredients
- 1 C Water
- 4 C Cane Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 C Egg White Powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Mix egg whites and water together until silky white.
- Add sugar slowly in segments to incorporate until smooth.
- Whip until thick and light, and peaks form (about 10 minutes).
- Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing evenly.
- Spread over two greased half sheet pans and bake for about 1 hour.
