Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 3/8 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 3 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Red Beans
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans
  • 1 3/4 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Parsley
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Sauce powder
  • 3/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Elbow Macaroni or other small pasta
  • 12 c. Water

Directions

  1. You may want to separate the pasta from the rest of the ingredients and add to soup near the end of cooking to prevent the pasta from getting soggy.
  2. Add all ingredients together in a large stock pot and cook on medium high until the instant beans are tender. (20-30 minutes) You can make this into a MIJ (Meal in a Jar), just leave out the Tabasco sauce and water and add during cooking.
