Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 3/8 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Celery
- 3 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Red Beans
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 1 3/4 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. Parsley
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Sauce powder
- 3/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 c. Elbow Macaroni or other small pasta
- 12 c. Water
Directions
- You may want to separate the pasta from the rest of the ingredients and add to soup near the end of cooking to prevent the pasta from getting soggy.
- Add all ingredients together in a large stock pot and cook on medium high until the instant beans are tender. (20-30 minutes) You can make this into a MIJ (Meal in a Jar), just leave out the Tabasco sauce and water and add during cooking.
