Lemon, feta, and fruit salad

This is a healthy and light salad that is perfect for summer and to highlight any of the thrive freeze dried fruits. I love it with the grapes!

Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds of your choice (I used raw)
- 1/3 cup Feta cheese (did you know Trader Joes has an amazing plant based feta)
- 1/2 cup Thrive freeze dried fruit (Grapes are my favorite)
- 1/4 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
Directions
- 1. Chop lettuce and add to bowl with spinach
- 2. Squeeze lemon juice over mixture
- 3. Add feta, grapes, and sunflower seeds and toss with hands (an youtube cook I follow said salad should never be toss with a fork!)
- 4. Plate and devour!
