Leftover Turkey Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Thrive Carrot Dices
  • 1/4 c. Thrive Green Peas
  • 2 c. Potato Beads Prepared to directions
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Veloute
  • 4 c. Diced left over Turkey, or Chicken
  • 2 1/2 c. Turkey or Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 c. Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 c. Giblets, if desired

Directions

  1. Put meat in greased 9" square baking dish.
  2. Bring broth to a boil.
  3. Add velouté mix, veggies, and giblets.
  4. Allow to resume boil, then reduce heat. Once it starts to thicken, pour over meat.
  5. Combine potatoes and cheese.
  6. Spread over top of casserole.
  7. Bake at 350 until gravy bubbles and top is starting to brown, about 30 minutes.
