Leftover Turkey Pie

A twist on Shepards Pie using leftovers and thrive.

Ingredients
- 1/4 c Thrive Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. Thrive Green Peas
- 2 c. Potato Beads Prepared to directions
- 1/2 c. Thrive Veloute
- 4 c. Diced left over Turkey, or Chicken
- 2 1/2 c. Turkey or Chicken Broth
- 1/2 c. Cheese Blend
- 1/2 c. Giblets, if desired
Directions
- Put meat in greased 9" square baking dish.
- Bring broth to a boil.
- Add velouté mix, veggies, and giblets.
- Allow to resume boil, then reduce heat. Once it starts to thicken, pour over meat.
- Combine potatoes and cheese.
- Spread over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 until gravy bubbles and top is starting to brown, about 30 minutes.
