Ingredients

  • 2 C Warm Water
  • 2 pkg Instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 C THRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 1/3 C Water
  • 4 C White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 5 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp Iodized Salt
  • 3 C Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

  1. Reconstitute honey crystals with water by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring until dissolved.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Knead dough in a mixer with a dough attachment until gluten forms and dough is stretchy.
  4. Place dough in two greased loaf pans and cover with a loose towel. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Brush remaining butter on tops of cooked loaves.
