Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 C Warm Water
- 2 pkg Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 C THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1/3 C Water
- 4 C White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 5 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Iodized Salt
- 3 C Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
- Reconstitute honey crystals with water by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring until dissolved.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Knead dough in a mixer with a dough attachment until gluten forms and dough is stretchy.
- Place dough in two greased loaf pans and cover with a loose towel. Let rise until doubled.
- Bake at 350F for 30–35 minutes.
- Brush remaining butter on tops of cooked loaves.
