Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Life Chicken Slices
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp Thrive Life Sweet Corn
- 3 Tbsp Thrive Life Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 2-3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C honey
- 2 1/2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water
Directions
- Add first 8 ingredients to a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl and pour into the pot when mixed.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into pot until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.
