Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Sweet Cherries
- 1 C THRIVE Banana Slices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Spinach
- 1/4 C THRIVE Kale
- 1/4 C THRIVE Vanilla Yogurt Bite
- 1 C Ice (4-5 Cubes)
- 1 C Milk (your preferred choice)
- 1 C Water
Directions
- My daughter and I decided to try out a Thrive Smoothie this morning. We felt like having some bananas and cherries so here you go!
- Basically, toss all ingredients in and mix in blender! Enjoy!
- Use LESS milk/water for a thicker shake :D
