Gluten Free White Bread

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 3 Fresh Eggs
- 2 C Warm Water
- 1 tsp Cane Sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeats
- 2 1/2 C Rice Flour
- 2/3 C Cornstarch
- 2/3 C THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1 tsp Xanthum Gum
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit together until bubbly.
- Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
- Once yeast is bubbly, add the wet and dry ingredients to the bowl and mix with a hand mixer until just incorporated.
- Dough should be a sticky, thick batter. Once mixed together, spray a bread pan with cooking spray and spread dough evenly into the pan. Wet fingers to smooth out the top.
- Let rise until doubled in size (1–2 hours) and bake at 350F for 45–60 minutes or until golden brown.
