Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 1/2 - 4 cups Thrive Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Thrive Raspberries (refreshed)

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. 2. Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
  3. 3. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract and mix well
  4. 4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined
  5. 5. Stir in white & chocolate chips
  6. 6. Break cookie dough into pieces (move to different bowl as you go if it's easier) and scatter the refreshed Thrive raspberries evenly throughout the dough.
  7. 7. Scoop dough onto greased cookie sheet taking raspberries in each scoop
  8. 8. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
  9. 9. Move to baking rack to cool
