Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 3/4 c. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Scoop batter into lined muffin pan 3/4 of the way up the liner.
  5. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes clean.
