Gluten Free Cream of Chicken/Mushroom/Celery Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried Replace with broken up Thrive Mushroom Pieces for Cream of Mushroom or Thrive Celery for Cream of Celery.
- 2 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 1 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon Can use Beef Bouillon for Cream of Mushroom
- 2 tbsp. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
- 2 tbsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container.
- For Condensed Soup: Mix together 1/2 cup mix with 1 1/4 cups water. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until thickened, stir once per minute.
- To make soup: Mix together 1/3 cup mix with 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until thickened.
