"Gimme Thrive" White Chocolate Cranberry Bars

If you don't want them in bars, you can still bake them as regular cookies. These are such a tasty treat, and perfect for holiday gifts whether you give them in the jar ready-to-make or baked and ready-to-eat!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1/2 c. Thrive Sweetened Cranberries FD
- 1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
- 1 c. White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Orchard Apple
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- When you're ready to make the cookies
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened or THRIVE Butter
- 1/4 c. Water
Directions
- To Assemble the Jar
- Layer ingredients in the order listed into a clean, dry quart jar. Tamp down very well after adding the nuts and after chips. This recipe fits best in a wide-mouth quart jar.
- To make the cookie bars
- Pour contents of jar into large bowl and stir to combine.
- Stir in ¾ cup butter, softened, and ¼ cup water until combined. Add a little more water if dough is too dry.
- Pat dough into greased 9” square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
