Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 c. Thrive Sweetened Cranberries FD
  • 1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1 c. White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Orchard Apple
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • When you're ready to make the cookies
  • 3/4 c. Butter, softened or THRIVE Butter
  • 1/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. To Assemble the Jar
  2. Layer ingredients in the order listed into a clean, dry quart jar. Tamp down very well after adding the nuts and after chips. This recipe fits best in a wide-mouth quart jar.
  3. To make the cookie bars
  4. Pour contents of jar into large bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in ¾ cup butter, softened, and ¼ cup water until combined. Add a little more water if dough is too dry.
  6. Pat dough into greased 9” square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
