Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1 c. THRIVE Instant Milk (reconstituted)
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

Directions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, water, and salt in blender and blend until fluffy.
  2. Tap in flour a little at a time, beating until well blended.
  3. Preheat empty 9x13 pan in oven for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in preheated pan, pour in egg mixture, and immediately return to oven.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 425F.
  6. Brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
  7. Top with fruit, maple syrup, or bananas and nuts.
