Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Zucchini - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Green Peas - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 2 c. THRIVE Tomato Vinaigrette (see recipe)
- 18 oz. green salad
- 2 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried (reconstituted)
Directions
- In a medium-size bowl, combine all THRIVE vegetables, cover with cold water, and allow to reconstitute for 10 minutes.Drain any excess water.
- Toss vegetables with 1 cup of the THRIVE Tomato Vinaigrette, reserving the rest to serve on the side.
- Place green salad in large salad bowl, top with marinated vegetables, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
