Ingredients
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Blueberries
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Raspberries
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Sweet Cherries
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices
- 1/8 tsp. THRIVE Classic Lemonade (Seasonal) THRIVE Classic Lemonade
- 6 oz. 6 Ounce - Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar White Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 pkg. Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
Directions
- Place each type of fruit in a separate bowl and cover with water. Allow to refresh while you prepare cheese filling and dough.
- Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemonade powder in a small bowl, beating well to combine.
- Open crescent dough, but DO NOT UNROLL! Slice the log in 8 equal portions (about 1 1/2" thick). Place each "disc" on a greased baking sheet or silpat and flatten out the center while stretching slightly and creating a "wall" for the sides.
- Mix egg with about 1 tablespoon water and brush egg-wash over each pastry.
- Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among pastries and spread in center.
- Drain liquid off of fruit (and save for a smoothie!). Divide fruit equally onto each pastry's cream cheese center (should be about 1 to 2 tablespoons of fruit per pastry).
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until pastries are a nice golden color.
