Egg Salad

Yummy Egg salad for sandwiches or to stuff inside a tomato.

Ingredients
- 12 Hard Boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
Directions
- Cover eggs with water and bring to boil. Once boiling turn off burner or remove and cover and let sit for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes sit eggs in ice water to cool. Then peel and chop.
- Add celery and onions to chopped eggs.
- Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Once mixed well add Chef's Choice seasoning blend and mix well.
