Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix - Follow package directions
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - To taste
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Spinach - To taste
  • 3 slices THRIVE Granny Smith Apple Slices - About 3, crumbled yeah it seems weird but it's really good
  • 2 Tbsp Milk or Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cheese (optional)
  • 2 shakes THRIVE Chefs Choice - To taste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together, let sit for a couple minutes. Longer if you want sausage crumbles to be less crunchy.
  2. Pour into a heated skillet and cook as you would any scrambled eggs. Can also be done as an omlet! Be careful adding the milk or water. It's mostly to add a little more liquid to hydrate the sausage, apples and spinach. Too much and you will have runny eggs.
