Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter, salted, softened or THRIVE Butter
- 1 THRIVE Classic Cookie Dough Mix
- 1/2 c. Dry Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 c. Granulated Sugars
- 3 tbsp. Strong Brewed Coffee
- 2 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 dash Cracked sea salt
Directions
- In Kitchen Aid mixer, or using other mixer, beat softened butter till fluffy. Slowly add dry cookie dough mix, cocoa powder, sugar as well as the 3 T very strong coffee. Once well blended, stir in chocolate chips. The dough should stay together so you can roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
- Place parchment on cookie sheet and set cookie balls spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 360 degrees for 10 minutes/ Cookies will seem puffy and like they're not done. But once they cool, they will be like a rich brownie.
- Sprinkle with cracked sea salt after cookies come out of oven.
