Creamy Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Life Diced Chicken
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Sweet Corn
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Tomato Dices
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Green Chili Peppers
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 C canned black beans or Thrive Life Instant Black Beans plus 1/2 C water
- 1 1/2 C hot water
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a pot except the cream cheese. Pour the hot water over the ingredients, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes to refresh the food.
- Turn on heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (If using the instant beans, simmer a little longer until the beans are tender.)
- Once food has simmered, turn off heat and stir in softened cream cheese.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle with cheese and add some sour cream if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
