Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 2 c. Water
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 15 Tortilla Shells

Directions

  1. Heat Oven to 425
  2. Combine all ingredients, except cream cheese into a mixing bowl with water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in cream cheese.
  4. Add about 2-3 Tablespoons to a small flour or corn tortilla.
  5. Roll them tight and place seam side down on baking sheet or pan about an inch apart.
  6. Spray the taquitos with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
