Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix --Mixed with 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. . THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 4 sli. Bacon, browned-- Cooked=1/2 cup
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 2 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. for vegetables and sausage reconstitution
Directions
- Reconstitute cheese with 3 tablespoons water and set aside for at least 30 minutes, best to do the day before.

- Combine all vegetables and sausage in a small 2 cup container.
- Add 3/4 cup water to refresh and allow it to sit 5 minutes.
- Combine eggs and 1 1/2 cups water together in a quart container and shake well to refresh.
- Divide all items into 4 when cooking or make one big Thrive Love!

- Add 1/4 of the sausage and vegetable mixture and saute.
- Add in the egg and continue to cook scraping sides and pulling into center with a rubber spatula.
- Flip the omelet over when set, pull from heat, add 1/4 of the cheese to one side of the omelet and allow cheese to melt.
- Fold onto plate and repeat process for the other 3 omelets.
